Qualifications

• Home care community relation/marketing or business development experience.
• Two years of field experience in Home Care or MLTC.
• Knowledge of Home Care/Medicaid eligibility.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Must take initiative with minimal supervision.
• Team player who builds trusting relationships with customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Generate business through an established marketing strategy and contacts.
• Develop and implement a marketing and sales strategy to achieve growth objectives for the region.
• Identify potential clients that can benefit from home care services, especially Medicaid recipients for MLTC.
• Conduct market research for the assigned region to identify targets.
• Promote the Organization regionally via direct mail, internet, radio, and print media.
• Communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations for contract targets.
• Collaborate with project management and operations to create training materials and capture feedback.
• Maintain rapport with key accounts through periodic visits and exploring new opportunities.
• Promote and communicate marketing and sales strategy with regional management.
