HomeWell Care Services of Lake County & The Villages is seeking a driven Community Liaison/Senior Care Marketer to grow brand awareness, cultivate referral partnerships, and increase client census for the agency. The role involves in-person visits, networking at senior-focused events, territory travel, and building trusted relationships with hospitals, SNFs, rehab centers, and aging services.

A BA or equivalent, sales experience, and driving license required.

• Must have reliable transportation with current insurance and a valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Generate referrals by promoting the agency and creating a need for services in the community.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources (hospitals, SNFs, rehab centers, home health, hospice, senior centers).
• Identify, research, and pre-qualify prospective accounts.
• Travel locally within the territory to meet with referral sources.
• Conduct in-person visits with a minimum of 10-12 accounts per day.
• Demonstrate value for visited health care organizations.
• Provide post-meeting follow-up and complete action steps on time.
• Represent the agency at seniors-focused networking meetings and events.
• Pre-plan weekly routing and sales activities to maximize efficiency.
