Job summary

Help at Home is seeking a Field Coordinator to coordinate in-home care services across our network. You will conduct daily client visits, answer calls, greet guests, and maintain accurate visit records while supporting the Branch Manager with administrative duties.

The role requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, and reliable computer use. A valid vehicle and insurance are required to transport between client locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience required.
• Access to an insured and reliable vehicle.
• Active and current auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily visits to clients' homes, as required (new).
• Answer incoming phone calls and redirect calls, as needed.
• Greet and assist guests, as needed.
• Enter and submit documentation records of home visits.
• Assist the Branch Manager with administrative/clerical duties.
