Easter Seals in Ohio is seeking a compassionate home health aide to support clients in achieving their ISP goals. You will provide personal care, light housekeeping, and transportation assistance as needed, while maintaining safety and confidentiality.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Ohio driver's license with few points, CPR/First Aid certification, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a flexible schedule. Training is provided as needed.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• One to four years of college in a related field is preferred.
• Valid Ohio Driver's License – with less than 6 points.
• Reliable transportation with proof of insurance.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Working Cellular Phone – to clock in and out for billing purposes.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in ISP meetings when requested by the interdisciplinary team.
• Perform tasks according to the ISP and prioritize to achieve goals.
• Maintain clean, safe home environment and be sensitive to needs.
• Provide basic personal care (bathing, hair, clothing).
• Perform household tasks to support health and comfort in the home.
• Assist with homemaking duties and accompany the consumer to appointments.
• Possess flexible schedule and willingness to stay late or overtime when needed.
• Maintain client confidentiality per HIPAA and DD standards.
