Job summary

European Service at Home (ESAH) seeks a Home Care Service Representative to coordinate client appointments, travel to in-home visits, and monitor care quality. The role involves direct supervision of caregivers and ensuring care plans meet client needs.

Responsibilities include assisting with schedules, and providing hands-on training when needed, while maintaining a courteous, professional relationship with staff and clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Bilingual is a plus but not mandatory.
• Must have a vehicle.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to substitute caregiver.
• Basic computer skills.
• Some office experience.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a resource for technical questions, applications, and problem-solving.
• Insures client and employee safety, assesses possible risks, and works on their prevention.
• Makes home visits, as necessary, to provide hands-on training and assistance.
• Personally substitutes for HCA, if necessary.
• Maintains a professional, friendly, courteous, caring relationship and atmosphere with all staff members, clients, and employees.
• Works in a team to assure accomplishment of the company's goals.
