European Service at Home, Inc. in Illinois is seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to support seniors receiving in-home care.

You will work in a team to meet office workloads, build trusted client relationships, and organize home care aides to follow care plans. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
