Job summary

European Service at Home, Inc. is seeking a Care Coordinator for our Grayslake, IL office to provide compassionate client service and oversee case management of Home Care Aides.

The ideal candidate will handle responsive communication, maintain accurate records, and support our care program with a client-centered approach. Bilingual is a plus, high school diploma required, on-site position.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team environment to assure the accomplishment of the office's workload and goals

• Serve as a resource for technical questions, applications, and problem-solving
• Evaluate, Plan, Coordinate, and Manage Homecare Aides to ensure the client's and the company's best interests
• Maintain a good standing relationship with the Community Care Unit
• Ensure that client and employee records are complete and current

European Service at Home, an Illinois leader of In-Home Services, is currently searching for a committed Care Coordinator at our local Grayslake office. ESAH is an In-Home Service organization dedicated to fulfilling care needs so seniors can continue living at home. The ideal candidate will perform responsive and compassionate customer service to our Senior Clients and will be equipped to handle case management and direct supervision of Home Care Aides.

WAGE:

• $25ph on start, based on experience

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
