Job summary

European Service at Home, Inc. in Rockford is seeking a Care Coordinator to join our local office. You will work in a team to coordinate home care services and ensure clients receive quality, client-centered care while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires strong English communication, reading and writing skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities. We offer paid training, competitive hourly pay starting at $25 and a benefits package including health insurance and PTO.
