People Carehas served New York patients and families for 50 years. We employ roughly 4,300 caregivers across New York City and Long Island. This seat owns a NHTD and managed care case list — you decide who is staffed, what gets covered, and what does not fall through.
You are someone who cares deeply about older adults and the aides who serve them. You are transparent — you surface a coverage problem early rather than hoping it resolves itself. You go beyond what the task asks when a client's care depends on it. You row together with clinical, compliance and billing rather than working around them.
People Care has served New York patients and families for 50 years. NHTD clients are older New Yorkers who are able to stay in their own homes because someone reliable shows up. When this seat is done well, that continuity holds — the same trusted aide, on time, who knows the client. When it is done poorly, an older adult is left without care that day.
Full-Time Stability. 40 hours per week in a 50-year Brooklyn institution.
People Care is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The agency and its personnel respect the confidentiality of patients, their families and agency employees.
