Job summary

Caring Senior Service of Fort Worth, Texas seeks a Full-Time Home Care Consultant to build community relationships, generate referrals, and connect seniors and families with in-home care. Qualifications

• Experience in sales, marketing, community outreach, healthcare, or business development preferred.
• Healthcare, senior care, home care, or related industry experience.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Professional, organized, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable making phone calls, visiting referral partners, and developing new business relationships.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, social service organizations, and other community partners.
• Develop and execute outreach activities to generate new client referrals.
• Represent Caring Senior Service at community events, health fairs, networking events, and professional meetings.
• Identify new referral sources and business development opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, referrals, contacts, and outreach activities in the company CRM.
• Follow up with referral partners and prospective clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with the care team to support a positive experience for clients and their families.
• Help achieve referral, client growth, and community outreach goals.
• Stay informed about local senior resources, healthcare services, and community organizations.

Caring Senior Service helps seniors remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. We are looking for a Full-Time Home Care Consultant to build strong community relationships, generate referrals, and help connect seniors and their families with quality in-home care.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, social service organizations, and other community partners

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Fort Worth service area
• Passion for helping seniors and supporting families in their communities

Compensation & Benefits

• $40,000-$45,000 annual salary, based on experience and qualifications
