Job summary

Caring Senior Service of Fort Worth, Texas seeks a Full-Time Home Care Consultant to build community relationships, generate referrals, and connect seniors and families with in-home care. This role involves networking with healthcare providers, attending events, and developing new business opportunities to grow client referrals.

The ideal candidate has experience in sales or outreach, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping seniors.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, marketing, community outreach, healthcare, or business development preferred.
• Healthcare, senior care, home care, or related industry experience.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Professional, organized, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable making phone calls, visiting referral partners, and developing new business relationships.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, social service organizations, and other community partners.
• Develop and execute outreach activities to generate new client referrals.
• Represent Caring Senior Service at community events, health fairs, networking events, and professional meetings.
• Identify new referral sources and business development opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, referrals, contacts, and outreach activities in the company CRM.
• Follow up with referral partners and prospective clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with the care team to support a positive experience for clients and their families.
• Help achieve referral, client growth, and community outreach goals.
• Stay informed about local senior resources, healthcare services, and community organizations.
