Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in Medicaid/waiver/home healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client files and related paperwork.
• Protect client confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
• Assigns homecare aides based on client needs and Plan of Care.
• Coach caregivers to ensure high-quality care and escalate issues.
• Communicate schedules with clients, aides, referrals and management.
