- Experience staffing/scheduling at a home care agency preferred.
- Supervisory experience a plus.
- Proven ability to grow caseload and manage client services.
Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service and quality home care.
- Coordinate client services and scheduling issues.
- Manage caseload with growth expectations.
- Build relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community orgs.
- Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team.
- Monitor caseload metrics for fiscal management.
- Partner with Clinical Managers to supervise field staff.
