Qualifications

• Requires a four-year college degree.
• Minimum two years of supervisory or management experience in healthcare.
• Proven track record of goal achievement and taking on increased responsibility.
• Strong interpersonal, recruiting and employee relations skills.
• Proven ability to organize, manage, market and grow an office.
• Demonstrated PC and communication skills, especially in networking with the community.
• Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, planning, recruiting and fiscal management.
• Monitor quality and appropriateness of services to ensure client satisfaction and staff education.
• Grow the office by pursuing industry trends and referral opportunities.
• Represent BAYADA standards and the BAYADA Way across the community.
