Job summary

Help at Home is seeking a Client Service Supervisor in Providence, RI to oversee client service delivery and coordinate homecare staff. You will manage client records, ensure confidentiality, and support caregivers to deliver high-quality care.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, HIPAA awareness, and the ability to manage schedules and escalations. Travel to client locations is expected as part of the supervision and quality assurance process.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client files and related paperwork.
• Protect confidentiality following HIPAA guidelines.
• Assign homecare aides based on Plan of Care.
• Coach caregivers and escalate performance concerns.
• Communicate schedules with clients, aides, referral sources, and management.
• Conduct in-home client visits to assess needs and document changes.
• Prepare and submit routine departmental reports.
• Record and update client condition and service documentation.
• Maintain client satisfaction surveys and relationships with referral sources.
• Handle client complaints and document significant issues for resolution.
• Educate and coach on changes to Plans of Care.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, aides, and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
