Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain client files and related paperwork with accuracy.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance for patient records.
• Assign homecare aides based on Plan of Care.
• Coach caregivers and escalate performance concerns to management.
• Communicate schedules and changes with clients, aides, and referral sources.
• Conduct in-home visits to assess needs and relationships.
• Prepare routine departmental reports and document client conditions.
• Record client satisfaction and address concerns; manage complaints.
