Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Home Care Aide, CNA, PCA, or caregiver preferred.
• Must be compassionate and patient when working with elderly or disabled clients.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation for safety and comfort.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors.
• Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans.
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed.
