A Place At Home Towson, operated by Springboard Care Services LLC, is seeking a compassionate caregiver to join our Glyndon, MD team. You will provide in-home personal care, mobility assistance, meal support, and companionship to seniors, helping them live safely at home.

Ideal candidates have prior caregiving experience (HHA/CNA preferred), reliable transportation, and strong communication. We value kindness, patience, and professionalism in a collaborative home-care environment.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving, home health aide (HHA), or certified nursing assistant (CNA) experience preferred.
• Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, or social activities as needed
• Document and communicate any changes in client condition to supervisors

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication skills and a dependable, professional attitude
• Ability to perform light physical tasks including lifting and assisting with transfers
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
