Job summary

HomeWell Care Services is looking for a caring Home Care Aide to work in clients' homes, following a personalized care plan in a one-on-one setting.

You will assist with daily activities, monitor client condition, and maintain accurate records while building meaningful relationships and providing compassionate, respectful support to seniors and others needing assistance at home.

Qualifications

• HHA/HCA certification or CNA required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year prior professional experience required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning, or personal care.
• Maintain records of client care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor.
• Build relationships with clients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert.
• Medication reminders.
