Job summary

HomeWell Care Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers for in-home, non-medical support in the Kentucky region. You will work one-on-one with seniors to enhance their quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities include companionship, light meals, grooming, mobility assistance, and transportation to appointments. Qualifications include CNA/HHA preferred or 6 months of related care, strong communication, reliable transportation, and background check compliance.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA license preferred or 6 months of full-time care experience.
• Exceptional communication skills and empathy are essential.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and auto insurance if transporting clients.
• Must be physically able to perform caregiving duties.
• Mature, caring, punctual and dependable.
• Must pass a criminal background check (national and state).

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with light meal preparation and housework.
• Help with bathing, grooming and toileting as needed.
• Assist with ambulation and reminders for medications.
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

With dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, but not limited to:

• Companionship
• Light cooking and cleaning
• Bathing, grooming and toileting
• Assistance with ambulation and medication reminders
• Transportation for appointments and errands

QUALIFICATIONS

• CNA or HHA license preferred or 6 months of full-time work or 12 months of part-time work caring for geriatric or chronically ill persons
• Exceptional communication skills
• Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
• Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
• Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state)
