Job summary

HomeWell Care Services, Inc. is seeking a Home Care Aide to join our Spokane team. You will work directly with clients in their homes, following individualized care plans to provide compassionate, one-on-one support.

We value caregivers with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to build relationships. You will be supported with training and opportunities for advancement in a flexible, client-centered environment.

Qualifications

• HCA Certification or CNA required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year prior professional experience.
• Reliable transportation required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning, or personal care.
• Maintain records of client care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor.
• Build relationships with clients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert.
• Medication reminders.
