HomeWell Care Services WA335 is seeking a Home Care Aide to work directly with clients in their homes, following individualized care plans. You will provide daily living assistance, monitor conditions, and communicate observations to the supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist clients with daily activities such as changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning, or personal care
• Maintain records of client care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor
• Build relationships with clients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert
• Medication reminders

QUALIFICATIONS
