HomeWell Care Services WA335 seeks a Home Care Aide to work closely with clients in their homes, following a one-on-one care plan and providing compassionate, individualized support.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, maintaining client records, engaging clients through conversation and reading, and giving medication reminders, all while upholding safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• One year prior professional experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

We are looking for a Home Care Aide to join our team! You will be directly working with clients, following a one-on-one care plan in client homes.

You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets client needs and have strong verbal and written communication skills; we are looking for YOU!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist clients with daily activities such as changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning, or personal care
• Maintain records of client care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor
• Build relationships with clients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert
• Medication reminders

QUALIFICATIONS

• HHA / HCA Certification or CNA required
• High School Diploma or GED
• One year prior professional experience
• Reliable transportation required
• CPR certification required
