Job summary

Exhava Home Care in California is seeking a compassionate home care aide to support aging adults in their own homes. You will assist with daily routines, personal care, meals, and mobility while respecting dignity and independence.

If you value reliability, have a California HCA registration, and are available Monday through Friday, you will join a team that prioritizes comfort, safety, and meaningful caregiver relationships.

Qualifications

• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration is required.
• Previous caregiving experience is preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mobility, toileting, personal care, and incontinence care.
• Monitor client safety and provide companionship.
• Assist with daily routines and activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment.
• Document care activities and communicate concerns or changes to the care team.
• Provide respectful, compassionate care while maintaining client dignity and independence.

• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
• Current TB test result or chest X-ray, as required by applicable regulations
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance preferred/required when applicable to the assignment
