Job summary

Exhava Home Care in Vista, CA is seeking compassionate caregivers to deliver personalized home care. You will follow each client’s care plan, support daily living activities, and help ensure safety and comfort in their own homes.

Requirements include active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration or eligibility, TB testing as required, legal right to work in the U.S., and a valid driver’s license with auto insurance. We offer competitive pay and a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care Assistance – Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living.
• Meal Preparation & Medication Reminders – Prepare meals, assist with feeding when needed, and provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan.
• Companionship & Engagement – Provide meaningful companionship, conversation, and engaging activities.
• Behavioral Support – Provide patient, respectful guidance and reassurance when needed.
• Safety & Comfort – Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for our clients.
• Light Housekeeping – Assist with maintaining a clean and organized living environment.

Your Role

As a Caregiver, you will provide compassionate and dependable support based on each client's individual needs and care plan. Your responsibilities may include:

Requirements

• Prior caregiving experience is a plus
• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
• Current TB test result or chest X-ray, as required by applicable regulations
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance
