Exhava Home Care is seeking a compassionate home care aide to support aging adults in their own homes, helping with personal care, meals, mobility, and companionship. You will contribute to a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment while assisting with daily routines and monitoring client well-being.

Responsibilities include mobility assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping, and clear communication with the care team.

Formación

• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration is required.
• TB test or chest X-ray as regulations require.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (where applicable).

Responsabilidades

• Assist with mobility, toileting, personal care, and incontinence care.
• Monitor client safety and provide companionship.
• Assist with daily routines and activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Light housekeeping to maintain a safe home.
• Document care activities and communicate changes to the team.

• Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a safe home environment
• Document care activities and communicate concerns or changes to the care team
• Provide respectful, compassionate care while maintaining client dignity and independence

Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
• Current TB test result or chest X-ray, as required by applicable regulations
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance preferred/required when applicable to the assignment
