Job summary

Exhava Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide essential personal care and daily support in clients’ homes, helping them stay safe, dignified, and as independent as possible.

As a Caregiver, you will assist with ADLs, offer companionship, help with mobility, prepare meals, remind about medications, and perform light housekeeping according to each client’s care plan, with ongoing training and supportive team backing you.

Qualifications

• Active California HCA registration is required.
• Recent/current TB test or chest X-ray is required.
• Valid U.S. work authorization with ID/SS card.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Provide behavioral support when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and errands.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
• Communicate updates and concerns per care plan.
