Job summary

Exhava Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide high-quality in-home care for our clients in California. This position is ideal for those who can work weekends and enjoy giving compassionate support to older adults.

You will help ensure client safety, assist with personal care and daily routines, and document care activities for the care team. We offer ongoing guidance, training, and support to our dedicated staff.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration.
• Current TB test result or chest X-ray documentation.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with morning and evening routines.
• Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing.
• Assist with mobility and incontinence care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor client safety and comfort.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment.
• Document care activities and report concerns or changes to the care team.
• Follow individualized care plans while promoting client dignity and independence.
