Job summary

Homewatch Caregivers Lower Bucks County PA is seeking a dedicated Home Care Aide to provide compassionate in-home support in Yardley. Full-Time and Part-Time positions with reliable hours.

You’ll help with daily living activities, maintain a healthy home, monitor wellbeing, and document notes for the RN or Care Supervisor. Training paths from HHA to CNA to nursing are offered, with supportive supervision and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Home Health Aide (HHA) program (or equivalent).
• At least 1 year of paid home-health, hospice, or facility experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CPR certification (or willingness to earn within 30 days).

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized daily living assistance, including transfers and mobility aid support.
• Maintain a healthy home environment with linen changes, light laundry, and clean living areas.
• Perform medication reminders and document basic vitals or observations.
• Engage clients in mind-body activities like reading aloud or chair exercises.
• Prepare care notes and promptly share changes with RN or Care Supervisor.
