Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Home Health Aide (HHA) program (or equivalent).
• At least 1 year of paid home-health, hospice, or facility experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication—you’re comfortable updating digital care logs.

Responsibilities

• Safely transfer clients and support bathing/grooming.
• Change linens and keep living areas clean and hazard-free.
• Provide timely medication reminders and record basic vitals.

Skills

Completion of accredited Home Health Aide (HHA) program

At least 1 year of paid home-health or hospice experience

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Strong written and verbal communication

CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)

A genuine desire to foster trust and dignity for clients
