Wrapped N Love Home Care LLC is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) for full-time overnight shifts near Scranton, PA. You will deliver one-to-one patient care with a focus on dignity, safety, and compassionate support, while adhering to detailed plans of care.

Qualifications

• Must complete a state-approved Home Health Aide program (HHA certificate).
• Minimum 1 year of paid home-health or hospice experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to reach clients’ homes.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
• Clear, confident communication and a passion for relationship-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on ADL support: assist transfers, bathing, grooming and mobility while protecting dignity.
• Home environment and infection control: change linens, light laundry, keep space hazard-free and sanitized.
• Medication and symptom monitoring: provide reminders, observe changes, document vitals or red-flag signs for the supervising nurse.
• Therapeutic engagement: read aloud, reminisce, guide range-of-motion exercises, or accompany short walks.
• Accurate documentation: record care notes and concerns in the digital charting system before shift ends.
