Job summary

Caring Senior Service, LLC is seeking a Home Care Aide for one-on-one in-home support across Morris and Union Counties. The role offers full-time and part-time hours with reliable scheduling and a focus on compassionate, client-centered care.

Responsibilities include personalized daily living assistance, home safety, medication reminders, and timely reporting to RN or Care Supervisor. Prior HHA training and experience preferred, with a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Home Health Aide (HHA) program.
• At least 1 year of paid home-health, hospice, or facility experience.
• Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Personalized daily living assistance: safely transfer clients, assist with bathing/grooming and mobility devices.
• Healthy home environment: change linens, light laundry, keep living areas clean and hazard-free.
