Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide quality in-home care to seniors throughout the Northwest Suburbs, including Schaumburg, Hoffman Estates, Palatine, Rolling Meadows, Elk Grove Village, Des Plaines, and Park Ridge.

Caregivers must be willing to travel and work throughout our service area based on client needs, availability, and scheduling. We offer competitive pay and opportunities for advancement in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving, CNA, or related experience.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver\'s license.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction.
• Help with meal preparation and light household tasks.
• Support client safety, mobility, and independence.
• Monitor changes in condition and communicate with the office as needed.
• Deliver care with dignity, patience, and respect.
