Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide quality in-home care to seniors throughout the Northwest Suburbs, including Schaumburg, Hoffman Estates, Palatine, Rolling Meadows, Elk Grove Village, Des Plaines, and Park Ridge.

Caregivers assist with personal care, provide companionship, help with meals and light housekeeping, and support safety, mobility, and independence. Travel within our service area is required based on client needs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving, CNA, or related experience.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Commitment to providing exceptional care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction.
• Help with meal preparation and light household tasks.
• Support client safety, mobility, and independence.
• Monitor changes in condition and communicate with the office as needed.
• Deliver care with dignity, patience, and respect.

We are currenly seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide quality in-home care to seniors throughout the Northwest Suburbs, including Schaumburg, Hoffman Estates, Palatine, Rolling Meadows, Elk Grove Village, Des Plaines, and Park Ridge.

Please note: This position may be posted in one of the communities we serve. Caregivers must be willing to travel and work throughout our service area based on client needs, availability, and scheduling.
