Corning Optical Communications seeks a Territory Sales Manager to grow our presence across Western NC and South Carolina, selling end-to-end optical networking solutions through distributors, contractors, consultants and end users.

The role requires 50–80% travel, home-based office work, and a focus on consultative selling, relationship development, and pipeline management in Salesforce. A Bachelor's degree and strong market knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of sales/marketing experience or military comms background.
• Proven track record of exceeding goals and managing territories.
• Strong understanding of customer pain points and profit & loss basics.
• Experience building long-term relationships with partners and customers.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a territory plan; hit revenue targets.
• Develop relationships across the channel ecosystem to maximize penetration.
• Lead solution selling and educate distributor teams on Corning products.
• Maintain active pipeline in Salesforce and coordinate with internal teams.
