Job summary

Corning is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to maximize sales of Optical Communications products across the Nevada (Las Vegas and Reno), Hawaii, and Guam markets. This role drives growth by partnering with end users, consultants, and distributors to execute strategic plans and build strong customer relationships.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years in sales/BD, be comfortable in a home-based office, and be based in Nevada. Regular field activity and a driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in sales, marketing, partner management, field or business development.
• Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Based in Nevada with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales budget for all fiber optic products.
• Generate preference for Corning products through regular sales calls.
• Coordinate joint sales calls with distributors and consultants/engineers.
• Provide ongoing training to distributors and contractors.
• Maintain project pipeline in Salesforce.com and manage budgets.
