Job summary

Heartland ABA in Ohio is seeking caring individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. This role offers part-time hours, paid training, and support to earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before you begin services.

You will work with a dedicated clinical team, collect session data, and help children build independence using evidence-based interventions, with flexible scheduling and pathways for career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training provided.
• Service is provided in clients' homes and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Directly implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment and build meaningful connections with families.
