PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dedicated home health team in Manor, TX. This role offers the chance to help patients regain movement, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life from the familiar setting of their homes.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Physical Therapist license in Texas.
• Graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Professional liability insurance coverage for Texas Physical Therapy license.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical abilities and functional limitations in a home health setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility.
• Provide therapeutic interventions including exercise, gait training, manual therapy, and balance retraining.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, safety techniques, and adaptive strategies.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes using digital platforms.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists.
• Conduct home safety assessments and make recommendations to prevent falls or re-injury.
• Deliver compassionate care and empower patients toward greater independence.
