Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking Speech Therapists to provide home-based Early Intervention services for infants, toddlers, and their families. You will conduct developmental assessments, follow IFSPs, and coach families using a family-centered approach.

We offer flexible schedules and locations, paid mileage, a monthly tech stipend, a sign-on bonus up to $1,000, and medical benefits for part-time employees, with HIPAA-compliant, supportive teamwork across home and community settings.

Qualifications

• California Speech-Language Pathology license is required.
• Pediatric experience in Early Intervention preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide speech therapy in the child’s natural environment.
• Follow the child’s IFSP and work with the family to develop strategies to reach developmental goals.
• Utilize family-centered parent coaching to build caregivers’ confidence and skills and to ensure progress is generalized.
• Provide services in the child’s home, daycare centers, and other community settings.
• Provide re-assessments and write progress reports (typically bi-annual).
• Maintain confidentiality of information in accordance with HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
