THERAPY 2000 provides mission-driven pediatric speech, occupational, and physical therapy across Texas. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will perform evaluations, develop plan of care, and implement home-based therapy designed to help children grow and reach their potential.

Qualifications

• Current/active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in Texas.
• Innovative spirit with reliability.
• Flexibility to shift resources and priorities based on business needs.
• Ability to use common workplace technology (laptop, phone, email, browser).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive speech therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Coordinate care with other providers and disciplines.
• Meet minimum weekly patient visit requirements set by the agency.
• Complete chart updates, progress notes, and logs on time.
• Maintain understanding of expectations and standards for high-quality care.
• Comply with all agency policies, regulations and laws.
