THERAPY 2000 provides mission-driven pediatric Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy in Texas, focused on helping children grow and thrive where they feel most comfortable. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you’ll contribute to a compassionate team delivering tailored home-based services.

You will evaluate, plan and coordinate care with families and providers, supporting children to reach their fullest potential in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology license.
• Reliable with innovative spirit.
• Flexibility to shift priorities as needed.
• Ability to use common workplace technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
• Complete minimum weekly patient visits as required.
• Maintain patient charts, progress notes, and call logs timely.
• Meet agency staff to ensure high-quality care standards.
• Follow agency policies and applicable laws in home-health pediatric SLP.
