Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide home-based Early Intervention services for infants and toddlers with developmental needs in California.

The role emphasizes family coaching, natural-environment therapy, and flexible scheduling across locations. The team offers competitive hourly rates ($65–$75/hour) based on experience, with sign-on bonus up to $1,000, mileage reimbursement, and eligibility for benefits.

Qualifications

• DPT license required in California.
• Pediatric experience in Early Intervention preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide physical therapy services using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow each child’s IFSP and help families set development goals.
• Utilize family-centered coaching to build caregivers’ confidence and skills.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environment: homes, daycare centers, community settings.
• Provide re-assessments and write progress reports bi-annually.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
