Aufgaben

• Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Develop home exercise programs with patient caregivers.
• Coordinate care between providers and disciplines.
• Meet minimum weekly patient visit targets as required by the agency.
• Complete chart updates, progress summaries, and logs on time.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, guidelines and laws.
