Therapy 2000 seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to join our mission-driven pediatric home-health team in Texas, helping children reach their fullest potential in their own homes.

You will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and create home exercise programs while coordinating care with physicians and other providers. This full-time role offers competitive compensation, benefits, mileage reimbursement, a company laptop, and ongoing continuing education.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Physical Therapy license required.
• Demonstrated reliability and innovativeness.

• Proficient with standard workplace tech (laptop, phone, email, browser).

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations and determine patients’ needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in line with physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with patients’ caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
• Complete a minimum number of patient visits weekly as required.
• Maintain timely chart updates and documentation.
