Job summary

Sunny Days & Sunshine Center in California is hiring Occupational Therapists to serve infants, toddlers and families in home and community settings. This flexible role offers sign-on bonuses, mileage reimbursement, a tech stipend and part-time medical benefits where applicable.

You will conduct developmental assessments, implement IFSP-based goals, coach families, and document progress while maintaining HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• California Occupational Therapy license required.
• Pediatric early intervention experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide occupational therapy services using Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow IFSP and collaborate with families to develop strategies for child progress.
• Utilize family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and generalize progress.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environment (home, daycare, community).
• Prepare re-assessments and progress reports bi-annually.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and regulations.
