Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in MA.
• Experience with infants, toddlers, and families preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary team assessments of developmental status.
• Assess family and child strengths, concerns and progress.
• Provide child and family-centered services using a parent coaching model.
• Coordinate services and develop IFSP goals and strategies.
• Support parent-child interactions and advocacy for the child.
• Maintain progress notes and reports using the Thom documentation system.
• Deliver intervention for birth to three children with developmental delays or risks.
