Job summary

Sunny Days, Inc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist to work with infants and toddlers in California, delivering home-based early intervention services. The role emphasizes family coaching, IFSP-driven goals, and progress reporting in various home and community settings.

The position offers flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, a tech stipend, and eligible benefits. California OT licensure and pediatric experience are required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Pediatric experience in Early Intervention settings.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal abilities.
• Spanish language skills considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide occupational therapy using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow IFSPs and help families set developmental goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and generalize progress.
• Deliver services in the child’s natural environment at home, daycare, or community settings.
• Perform re-assessments and write progress reports bi-annually.
• Maintain confidentiality in line with HIPAA and regulations.
