Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide home-based early intervention services for infants and toddlers and their families across California. You will use the Parent Coaching Model to support developmental goals in the child’s natural environment.

Requirements include a California OT license and pediatric EI experience; bilingual Spanish is a plus. The role offers flexible scheduling and mileage reimbursement as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• California OT license required.
• Experience in Early Intervention pediatric setting preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide OT services using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow IFSP and collaborate with families to set developmental goals.
• Build caregiver confidence with family-centered coaching to generalize progress.
• Deliver services in the child’s natural environment (home, daycare, community).
• Provide re-assessments and write progress reports bi-annually.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal laws.
