Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. provides family-centered early intervention services for infants and toddlers in their homes and communities.

We seek an Occupational Therapist to deliver developmental support and therapy with a child-and-family focus, honoring IFSP goals and family coaching methods. You will work in natural environments with flexible schedules and locations, including a sign-on bonus up to $1,000 and mileage/tech stipends for part-time roles.

Qualifications

• California OT license required.
• Pediatric experience in Early Intervention preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide OT services using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow each child’s IFSP and work with families to develop goals and strategies.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and progress generalization.
• Deliver services in the child’s natural environment (home, daycare, community).
• Provide re-assessments and write progress reports bi-annually.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal rules.
