Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide early intervention services to infants and toddlers in home and community settings in California. You will conduct developmental assessments, work with families on IFSP goals, and coach caregivers using a family-centered approach to ensure progress.

The role offers flexible schedules and potential mileage reimbursement, with a sign-on bonus and benefits for part-time staff, in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active California OT license
• Pediatric EI experience preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide occupational therapy using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow each child’s IFSP and collaborate with families to reach developmental goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and generalize progress.
• Deliver services in the child’s natural environment, including homes and community settings.
• Provide re-assessments and write progress reports (bi-annual).
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
